Keith has directed educational technology research and development teams for corporations and nonprofits since 1986. Throughout the 1990s, Keith was Senior Scientist and Worldwide Program Manager for the Apple Classrooms of Tomorrow (ACOT) program, one of the flagship programs of Apple’s Advanced Technology Group (ATG). ACOT investigated the organizational, pedagogical and technical impact of student and teacher access to technology in classrooms.

Keith’s experience in the social entrepreneurship and innovation fields includes Director of Programs with Schools Online, a Silicon Valley based organization which facilitated professional development to schools in disadvantaged communities worldwide. Since 2000 Keith has been a member of the Board of Directors of World Links, an innovative, award-winning, and independent not-for-profit social enterprise, which leverages the unique potential of technology to bring opportunity and hope to disadvantaged youth around the world.

Throughout his work as educator, his leadership positions in the corporate and non-profit worlds, and in his current positions as university lecturer and consultant in innovations in learning, Keith has applied design-thinking principles to address challenges in education and development.
