Project Description
La Universidad Tecnológica del Uruguay (UTEC) is Uruguay’s second public university. Founded in 2012, UTEC’s mission is to expand higher education beyond the metropolitan area of Montevideo by bringing innovative teaching, research, and cultural, social, and economic development to the interior of Uruguay.
IntoActions is working with UTEC to help them strengthen their innovation pedagogy by focusing on experiential and team- and project-based learning. The collaboration includes capacity-building training activities led by IntoActions in Uruguay, as well as well as an online course offered through a partnership between IntoActions and the dGlobal Program at Stanford University.
