This assignment was fun. I used a photo of one of my students. The background is a beach scene drawn in Painter. I used curves on the waves to sharpen and brighten the color. I played with layer transparency and curves. I cropped it several times to get the layout I wanted. I ran out of time this week to complete a second project-my stained glass jobs are piling up. Hope you enjoy it.

Absolutely, gorgeous, Bobbie. The waves in the background really work well. I found two contributions a real challenge this week as well. Sandy

Bobbie, Wonderful colors - the more subtle ones are a sensual counterpoint to the vibrant greens, oranges, and purples. Composition is elegant. I certainly did enjoy viewing it.

A really powerful image. The layering with the wave background is most effective. Your eye never stops searching this composition. Great job, Bobbie!
