This door to a demolished house was laying on the brown spring grass, recently uncovered by the melting snow. It appeared to me to be an entry back into winter. March is just such a door which swings between winter and spring. The original was a black & white print. With a little more time I would have liked to create more direction to the light to improve the effect of something behind the door.

Bruce, The way you have colorized makes the door look suspended. This would be a great spinoff photo for a creative writing assignment!
