IntoActions is shaped by over two decades of innovation, learning design, and technology leadership at Apple and Stanford University.
IntoActions didn’t start in a Silicon Valley garage …
… but it did grow from the same spirit of experimentation, creativity, and bold ideas.
Reinhold Steinbeck, Managing Director of IntoActions, spent more than 20 years in leadership positions in innovation and education at Apple and Stanford University. It was there that he absorbed the innovation mindset and entrepreneurial spirit that define Silicon Valley.
In 2010, Reinhold moved to Brazil as a Visiting Professor at the University of São Paulo (USP), where he founded d-USPLeste, the country’s first university-based social innovation lab. During this time, he also started collaborating with Edgard Stuber—an academic researcher in innovation at Insper and a former executive—planting the seeds that would become IntoActions.
After returning to California, Reinhold established IntoActions LLC—today an international innovation and learning-design firm headquartered in San Francisco and helping organizations across the globe build strategic human-centered innovation capacity.
