Ian’s projects deliver multi-million dollar benefits in terms of operational efficiency, profit, and market reach. He facilitates at Board level and works hands on with Executives and internal teams. Ian works with design thinking, innovation methods and human centred design to build internal capability.

In the public sector, Ian has delivered projects for the UK Ministry of Defence (Aeronautics), London Metropolitan Police, the OECD (Paris), Surrey County Council (Adult Services), the Australian Government and the United Nations.
As well as assisting large corporations, Ian has worked with and lectured to entrepreneurial businesses in London and Cambridge. He is the creator of a range of business transformation tools used in Europe, the USA and Asia. Ian’s background in Psychology and Statistical Analysis brings a strong blend of commercial, analytical and organisational expertise.
Ian grew up in Melbourne, Australia, and has lived in Indonesia for several years. He travels a lot but calls London his home base these days.
